25 minutes in line waiting on my order. They didn't even have change. Employees were rude. Would not recommend!

Three stars is pushing it. Every single visit there us something wrong with an order. Today the Chalupa outer shell was not fresh, more hard/chewy.

didn't get what we ordered, called them and the person said I could come back and they would give us what we ordered, when we got there the manager didnt know what we were talking about. we had to repeat what we wanted 4 times and finally they gave us what we wanted. very bad service!

Went through the drive thru had to wait a few minutes to order . My wife ordered a crunchwrap supreme they left the crunchy part out. The only upside is it wasn't a long wait to get food.

The absolute most terrible Taco Bell I've ever been to. They've been open long enough to "work out the kinks," as some people say.However, your order is always wrong, cold and hard as a rock. Don't ask for it to be fresh.. because they're lie to you and tell you it's burning the manager through the gloves at that exact moment. Then, the food is still wrong, cold and hard. Whaaaaaat? Yeah!

What youd expect, good service.

This place has great food and fast service, but they offered military discount just days ago and today we were rudely told that they do not offer military discounts. I just think they might want to reconsider this since St. Robert does it. I dont mind driving the extra 5 minutes.

The best fast food place in that area. Friendly, gets your orders right, and decent food.

A little slow, but the food was fresh and hot.

I went through drive thru 7/29 and ordered 3 taco Supremes and a burrito. I got charged for a 3 taco supreme combo and received regular tacos meaning no sour cream or tomatoes that I was already upcharged for a combo I didn't order. When I called the store to see if they would address the issue the phone rang for 10 minutes before I finally just hung up. This location hasn't even been open 5 years yet. I will drive the extra 5 miles to the Saint Robert location. 1 star is generous.

The counter guy was nice. The food i ordered was entirely different from the same thing ordered at the taco bell a few miles away. The floor was very slippery from rain but was never mopped

Excellent service and staff which always makes the food taste better.

Just ate there less than 20 minutes ago and I'm already dying on the toilet. My wife ordered extra everything and they put literally nothing on her food. The food was cold and and not properly cooked all the way. My quesadilla had lettuce it and tasted nasty and the place wasnt really clean. I will say though that the workers seemed polite. That's why you get 2 stars.

The Waynesville manager that worked this morning (Justin)is very rude and needs to learn people skills..

They were very slow and only one cash a gentleman was nice and friendly. Toke forever and they got my order wrong

Pretty much every time we have been there at least 1 thing has been forgotten by the staff. I hope this is due to how new the store is, but it needs fixed..

They were out of rice, so we asked for more lettuce in the bowl and they wanted to charge us for extra lettuce... terrible customer service.

Less than 1/teaspoon meat on any taco party pack. Called 4 times to report mail box full ?????

I had a special order and they made it quickly and properly. If in the area again I would definitely go back there.One thing I noticed is that there were no prices inside Taco Bell for their breakfast burrito.

The one in waynesville mo. Has the best people try to get u in and out as quick as possible and their food is great

It's a nice place, I usually go there but on my last visit, there was no customers . The place was very filthy, soda on the floor ,paper napkins also on the floor. The trash cans overflowed. Well it was a very disgusting sight and the worker's seem like they didn't care at all

Food was good. Service was little under my expectations

We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes at 9:40 at night to feed my child after a late ballgame. So since no one would answer the intercom we drove around. Said on the window they were open till 1 a.m. When we sat at the window & the worker was at the front register on his phone. He ignored us at the window, so I walked inside. When he saw me he walked to the back and stayed on his phone, absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never seen anything like it!

The two guys that were working tonight were very customer friendly and very professional. The food was good and NOT burnt like the first time we went when they first opened down here.

Quick and friendly

Almost every time I come here there is something wrong with my order. Chalupa shells are over fried, soda taste a little off and the last few times I didn't even get what I ordered. Guess I should go to St Roberts.

Great customer service! The food is that of every taco bell. They do miss items occasionally with orders but are quick to give out those items if pointed out.

Very yummy fast

The night time staff must be unsupervised. They seem to always get orders wrong and living 20 miles away it's not feasible to drive back for missing food.

Not exactly the experience we had hoped for. They forgot to give us our whole order. My Crunchwrap was not put together properly, half of it was falling out.

Took over 30 min to get my food and i was in the drive thru and they got my food wrong so i had to wait even longer to get all my food do not recommend go to the st robert one not waynesville

Laura and the young lady at the window this evening were so nice. You don't get too many friendly people at restaurant's these days especially in this town. But Laura was a Blessing. Thank you so much. Please keep it up and continue to be nice and friendly. Love to see smiling faces. Wish all the restaurant employees were that nice.

The food was delicious. But, each time I go here, the tacos are always broken up, and food spills out onto the wrapping paper, or myself. So, I end up having a taco salad, versus normal tacos. Other than that, not enough for me to stop going here.

Standard Taco Bell, the crunch wrap tasted like dirty fryer oil. I'm guessing they don't change the oil enough. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the staff are amazing.

The don't serve enceritos there!! I've been getting those from taco bells for over 50 years, but not at this one.

Great staff. Food was sloppy. Looks like they slapped some meat on a shell and tossed it in the air and wrapped it up and severed it.

Dead flies ALL over the floor. I mean everywhere. The food took a million years and it tasted awful can't put my finger on it but not as good as the one down the road. Hope they can get it together soon!
